Where do you ship? We ship across the United Kingdom, with free shipping on every order.

How long will my order take? Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–9 business days.

How much is shipping? Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum.

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, and a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Dresses must be returned unworn with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Email info@harringate.com to start.

How do I find my size? Our evening dresses run UK 6–16 and are cut to flatter. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering for the best fit.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, and Google Pay - all processed securely in GBP.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel still applies once you've received the item.
